London Sneaks do NOT accept any refunds under any circumstances. Due to us being a new small business at this moment we wont be issuing any refunds.

London Sneaks now offers an exchange service! You may return the original item and fill the out the form with your desired exchange size. Once we have received your return, we will email you a new tracking number once we have dispatched the replacement. Sometimes the desired size may be sold out, we will contact you to discuss available options.
In the unlikely event, if the wrong size or product has been sent by London Sneaks, the customer must inform us within 14 working days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed, only if the incorrect product or a faulty product is received.
We also do not accept any returns if the shoe was damaged during shipping as its not on us so please take this into consideration before buying. As all our shoes sent are new and have never been worn.
